Electrical supplies often contain unwanted DC offset, which causes transformer cores within connected equipment to operate far away from their optimum conditions.
The ISOL-8 Axis circuit addresses this problem by blocking performance-degrading DC from reaching connected equipment, helping transformers operate more cleanly and quietly.
Two models are available - With a 10 amp rating, Axis 10 has an C13 power inlet and fused protection. Axis 20, with a 16 amp rating is protected by a circuit breaker which also functions as a switch. The C19 power inlet has the addtional feature of being rhodium plated and of pure copper construction.
